Talking about OMG Professor Layton and the diabolical box also known as Professor Layton and Pandora's Box.... i think pandora's box sounds better more history to it however diabolical sounds diabolical and scary and hard!

so pretty much is about this box that will kill who ever that opens it.
and the mystery is about Dr. Schrader who has mysterious Elysian Box, Dr. Schrader can't wait to open the box (seriously are you that interested in death but ok whatever floats his boat) so he tells Professor he will open the box soon( Hi how have you been i'm going to kill myself). When Layton and Luke arrive, they find Dr.Schrader dead and the mysterious box missing. ( clearly they came to late, but seriously the guy killed himself by opening the box however it professor layton so its always a mystery behind someone's death)
Anyway points of interest Flora makes a reappearance same with Inspector Chelmey and Don Paolo
SPOILER ALERT
pretty much the box doesn't kill its a box about love and Dr.Schrader isn't dead just in a deep sleep. (now for there to be a myth about the box think bout how many people have all thought to have been dead and may not have been so lucky to not have been buried think about it!)
