after playing the godfather today on the wii a thought got me thinking what makes safe houses safe like in GTA and saints row what makes those houses so safe?
wikipedia tells me that safe house is a secure location, suitable for hiding witnesses, agents or other persons perceived as being in danger.... like serious you could have the cops follow you to your safe house then sleep and wake up the next day and the cops are there anymore. why is a safe house safe?
